These products utilize completely new epoxy resin and activator chemistries. Both products are pre-blended single component type solid lubricant/cement that will remain stable at room temperature for up to one year.

Premixing a curing or hardening agent before use is not necessary. Simply open the container, apply the epoxy graphite coating, and cure by heating to 250 – 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 – 30 minutes. The cured coating is extremely strong, non-porous, machine-able, electrically conductive, and lubricious.
